  About

“There is, perhaps, a hidden truth in the old joke about the person who, on asking for directions, is told that he’s starting in the wrong place. Of course, one can never really start in the wrong place – we are where we are. But understanding where we are has to be the first step to planning how to get to where we want to be.

I am passionate about awakening performance in leaders, and organisations of all types and getting people to think, feel and behave differently.”

I help organisations unlock their potential through Sustainability. I seek to inspire individuals and teams to reinvigorate innovation and reveal new opportunities – in customer service, new product development, people management, talent retention, and investor relations. Advising on sustainability strategy implementation, I bring my commercial experience to bear, ensuring companies maximise opportunities and minimise risks. I have a detailed understanding of specific issues facing a range of industries, as well as the broader sustainability agenda.

I work with businesses, governments, and investors to create and embed sustainable business practices and capitalise on emerging opportunities in the sector. But, believing passionately that real transformation comes about through the realisation of individual and team potential, I also coach teams on how to sustain that transformation by aligning individual values to organisational ones. In addition to the above, I also have a distinctive set of coaching, assessment and related services. I work mainly with multinationals on performance and leadership as well as with Private Equity and Family Offices. I address areas as diverse as managing change and risk, through to wealth coaching and succession planning.
